Our dedicated team and state-of-the-art auto-blend machinery ensure that each thread meets top-quality standards. Utilizing the Uster Quantum 4.0 machine for quality testing, we are building an international-level spinning mill designed to produce export-quality yarn.

Advanced Yarn Making Process

Transforming raw fibres in yarn suitable for textile production is a lengthy process, involving multiple steps, ensuring the end product is of the utmost quality and strength.

● Mixing and Blending: Fibers of different qualities or types are segregated to achieve uniformity and desired properties.
● Blow Room: Fibers are then opened, cleaned, and prepared for further processing.
● Carding: After which they are detangled and aligned to form a thin web, to be condensed into a sliver.
● Drawing: Multiple slivers are combined and drawn out to improve uniformity and alignment.
● Roving: The slivers are further drawn out and given a slight twist to form a roving.
● Spinning: The roving is spun into yarn by adding twists for strength.
● Winding: The spun yarn is then wound onto bobbins or cones for storage and further use.

Common Fiber Yarns in the Textile Industry

In the textile industry, the most common fiber yarns are Cotton, Polyester, and Viscose. These yarns are widely used in weaving, knitting, embroidery, industrial, and technical textiles. The majority of apparel fabrics are made from cotton and synthetic fibers. The manufacturing process and machinery for cotton yarn and synthetic yarn, such as Viscose and Polyester, are the same.

Advantages of Synthetic Fibers

Synthetic fibers are often preferred over natural fibers for several reasons. They are more durable, have better stain resistance, and are often more cost-effective.

Types and Uses of Viscose Yarn

There are various qualities of Viscose yarn:

– Ne 1/30, 1/40: Commonly used for embroidery.
– 1/30, 1/40 Viscose/Modal/Micro Modal Yarn: Typically used for weaving sarees, dress materials, and knitting dress materials.

Additionally, 100% polyester yarn can be used alone or in blend proportions.

Quality and Versatility

Kansal Group offers a range of high-quality Viscose and Polyester yarns, catering to various textile applications. Our commitment to quality ensures that every thread meets the highest standards, providing durable and versatile options for the textile industry.
