In 2008, Kansal Group acquired 2.5 lakh square meters of land from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) and developed an integrated, non-polluted textile park branded as Weal Textile Park. This park operates in partnership with Sayan Textile Park, providing plots primarily to textile companies.

In 2016, Kansal Group, in collaboration with Rajhans Group, purchased 4.17 lakh square meters of land in Lindiyat, Surat. Together, they established a large integrated textile park equipped with CEPT facilities. Kansal Group is the major stakeholder in this project, branded as Rajhans Fila.

In 2018, Kansal Group acquired an additional 2.5 lakh square meters of land under the Integrated Textile Park scheme from GIDC. This ongoing project, branded as Weal Textile Park, is being developed in partnership to construct a modern textile park.

In partnership with Tirupati Balaji Developers, Kansal Group developed low-cost housing flats in Sachin, Surat. This housing scheme features 1,500 affordable flats and is branded as Weal.

In collaboration with Sumangal Developers, Kansal Group created an iconic housing project in Surat, spanning 3.2 lakh square feet with 80 luxury flats. Located in Vesu, a posh area of Surat, this project features architecture inspired by Singapore’s Marina Bay, with interconnected towers linked by a skybridge.

In a joint venture with Saragam Builders, Kansal Group built 72 premium flats over 2.6 lakh square feet in Bhatar, Surat. This project is celebrated for its success and popularity.

In 2010, Kansal Group developed a resort on 10.8 acres of land in Dahej, comprising 125 bungalows, a clubhouse, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Initially leased to Siemens Germany from 2010 to 2015, the property is now undergoing modification and renovation to prepare it for leasing to a new client.
